Monday 4/19/10
For time:
100 Pull-Ups 100 Push-Ups 100 Sit-Ups 100 Squats
Complete all repetitions of each exercise before moving to the next exercise.
15:15 - cheated myself a bit b/c I used a piece of incline for the sit-ups... don't think I could have made the same time on flat ground
