Monday 8/23/10

Complete 3 rounds of the following:

Complete the following cycle 3 times with 135 lbs of:
Power Clean
Front Squat to Push Press
Back Squat
Push Jerk

Sprint 300 yard shuttle
*300 shuttle is done with six (6) 50 yard sprints.

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

  1. Completed 1st round in 1:20, moved to 5 bear complexes for remaining two rounds, finished in 1:50 and 2:12 per round.
