Friday 8/27/10

Conduct 5 rounds for time of:

20 Pull-Ups
30 Push-Ups
40 Sit-Ups
50 Squats

Rest exactly three minutes between rounds.

Post times per round to comments. Compare to Wednesday 1/13/10.
