Hero Tribute - Monday 5/30/11

In honor of Memorial Day and those who have made the ultimate sacrifice, today's workout is a hero workout from crossfit.com.

As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
5 Deadlift (275lb)
13 Push-Ups
9 Box Jumps (24in)
