Condcut 8 rounds for time of:

10 Overhead Squat (75lb)
200m row
10 GHD Sit-Ups

Rest, then using a single 1 pood KB, conduct 6 rounds for time of:

6 KB swings
6 Snatches right hand
6 Goblet squat
6 Snatches left hand
3 Slasher to Halo Each Side
10 Toes to Sky
