Wednesday 1/13/10

5 Rounds, each for time, of the following:

20 Pull-ups (sub jumping pull-ups)
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest exactly 3 minutes between rounds.

Keep track of your time for each round and post best round and overall time (without the 3 minute breaks) to comments.

  1. if you're knew to these types of workouts or if you think 5 rounds will make you so sore you can't work-out stick with 3 rounds

    or, as always, substitute jumping pull-ups
