Wednesday 6/16/10

Conduct 5 rounds for max reps of:

1 minute Bench Press (95lb)
1 minute Ab-mat sit-ups
1 minute Row

Rest 1 minute between rounds

Post reps per round (calories for row) to comments.

    Round 2: 25 - 32 - 24 = 81
    Round 3: 20 - 32 - 24 = 76
    Round 4: 18 - 29 - 19 = 66
    Round 5: 20 - 30 - 20 = 70
