3 Rounds for time of:

9 Deadlift
6 Clean
3 Push Jerk

155 lb throughout (scale as necessary)

    Used 165lb on round 1, 155lb on rounds 2-3

  2. Damn. This one was tough. Smoked and had to drop it to 135 after 2 cleans in the second. 10:57.
