Thursday 3/4/10

Thanks to 2d Lt McPeak for finding this workout

"Air Force"

For Time:

20 Thrusters
20 Sumo Dead-lift High-Pulls
20 Push Jerks
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats

Start with 4 burpees and conduct 4 burpees every minute on the minute.
Weight is 95lbs. Scale as necessary.

  2. Brutal indeed 13:35 - had to substitute clean and jerks instead of overhead squats after fail on the first attempt.

    And Matt...how bout you get it right?? I didn't post it up... I thought there was actually supposed to be a space between it... 2d Lt McPeak

  3. 10:44 - Had to take 1 minute off (just burpees) at 7 since I only got 2 reps done at 6.
