Push-Ups (release hands at bottom)

  1. 18:30 w/ 5 actual hand-stand push-ups followed by timed hand stands of 1 minute, 40 seconds and 20 seconds total for each round.

    15:56 w/ HSPUs first round, 5 HSPU 2nd round, 30 second and 20 second timed hand stands for remainder.
