Complete 5 rounds:
10 Strict Pull Ups 10 Ring Dips 10 Hand Elevated Push Ups (chest drops below hands)
Attempt to make it through each round unbroken. Rest up to three minutes between rounds.
First 2 rounds unbroken. Last 3 rounds, broke ring dips in two sets per round.
