In honor of the Soldiers killed at Fort Hood Texas on 5 Nov 10.

Conduct for time:

20 Deadlifts (275lbs)
Run 400m
20 KB swings (1.5 pood)
Run 400m
20 Overhead Squats (95lbs)
Run 400m
20 Burpees
Run 400m
20 Pull-Ups
Run 400m
20 Box jumps (24")
Run 400m
20 Squat Cleans (95lbs)
Run 400m
