Thursday 2/11/10
So I decided to let my girlfriend come up with today's workout. This is what we get.
any suggestions for substitutions for people with out a box, wall, or space to run 400 m?
ReplyDeletejump on a bench, do thrusters w/ like 5-10 db for wall, use a treadmill run 0.25mile
