Run 800m
100 Burpees
100 Knees to Elbows
Run 800m

    done a bit out of sequence due to fat bodies in the gym

    did 100 burpees, 60KTE, 800m, 40KTE, 800m; waited like 1:30 between 40KTE and last 800m, kept the watch running; 100 burpess done in 7:57

    Took yesterday off b/c I've been feeling like crap... nowhere near 100% today.

    P.S. I hate burpees
