Groundhog special:

Conduct 1 Wallball shot (20lb ball)

Repeat 149 times.

  1. Knocked it out with Liam outside the security office and around the corner against the wall.

    7:11 w/ the 20lb black SPRI ball with the handles.

    I'd recommend the smooth 18lb ball instead.

  2. ok, so i modified this one for a home wod.

    150reps with 50lb vest
    -did 50 thrusters w/ vest and 5lb dumbbells
    -then alteranted thrusters, lunges, and squats by 10 until reaching 150.

    time= 11:13

    that vest made it really really really hard
