Tuesday 1/5/10

Complete As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes of the following:

5 - Push Press (95lb/65lb)
10 - Pull Ups (substitute jumping PU or lat pull-down)
15 - Box Jumps (substitute squats)
